**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:
Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- **Team Leadership**:
Lead, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure a high level of performance.

Schedule and organize staff duties and responsibilities.
- **Visual Merchandising**:
Plan and execute effective visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- **Ordering and Receiving**:
Collaborate with suppliers to place and receive product orders.

Inspect received goods for quality and accuracy.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Implement security measures to protect store assets.
- **Performance Reporting**:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Analyze data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- **Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is often preferred. However, relevant work experience can sometimes be accepted in place of formal education.
- **Experience**:
Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Store Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.

Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Previous experience in handling staff and overseeing day-to-day store activities.

Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of store staff.

Experience in scheduling, training, and managing employees.

Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks, and handle conflicts within the team.
