**Urgently Hiring for "Store In-Charge" position at Envirotech Noida** **Job Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Store Operations Management**: Oversee daily store operations, including receiving and organizing inventory, ensuring that products are displayed in accordance with company standards. **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Ensure the accurate entry of stock data into SAP and monitor stock movement. **SAP System Usage**: Utilize SAP for inventory management, including stock transfers, stock updates, reporting, order processing, and generating procurement requests. Ensure SAP system is up to date with real-time data for better decision-making. **Team Supervision**: Lead, train, and supervise store staff to ensure operational excellence, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety and operational procedures. **Customer Service**: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries, exchanges, and complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. **Sales and Stock Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports through SAP, and provide insights for improving store performance. **Stock Audits**: Conduct regular audits and stock checks to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory versus system data in SAP. **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to store policies, safety regulations, and company standards for cleanliness, security, and merchandise handling. **Problem Resolution**: Identify and address any discrepancies in stock, sales issues, and operational inefficiencies, and work towards solutions. **Key Skills and Qualifications**: **SAP Proficiency**: Strong working knowledge of SAP for inventory control, order processing, and reporting. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the system as they arise. **Inventory Management Expertise**: Experience in inventory management, stock audits, and reconciliation using SAP or similar systems. **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and ensure adherence to standards. **Analytical Skill**s: Ability to analyze inventory data, sales reports, and trends to optimize stock levels and improve profitability. **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management. **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in stock management, reporting, and customer service. **Customer Focus**: Ability to maintain a customer-centric attitude and ensure that the store meets customer expectations. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capable of handling customer complaints, inventory discrepancies, and operational challenges effectively. **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, inventory management, or store operations, with a strong focus on SAP-based systems. **Preferred Qualifications**: **Certification or advanced training in SAP.** Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with high-volume inventory management.
