Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the Director.
- Scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Managing Calendar for Director and Architects
- Occasional Travel to Singapore
- Attending to guests and visitors, arrangement of luncheons, preparation for meetings and presentation materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for all manual and repetitive daily tasks.
- Handle expense claim, travel arrangement and errands for the team and Director.
- Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in Operations Assistant/ Admin role.
- Experience in secretarial duties and/or staffing for Senior Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Zoom, Excel
- Proficient in managing and maintaining to do tasks based on priorities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly in complex environments.
- Self-motivated individual who is efficient and organised
- Works well under pressure
- Meticulous
- Able to multi-task
**Salary**: ₹114,701.89 - ₹1,060,527.91 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
