- Enrol team members for Induction
- Coordinate with the Manager and have credentials ready for New Joiners on the date of joining.
- Help new joiners set their system with the help of NGSD
- MARS tool enrolment and coaching
- BGV file updation & support in collecting missing documents and submit it to HR
- IT Support
- Insurance enrolment for assets
- DL list updation on weekly basis
- Despatch and collect laptops with the help of courier agencies
- Maintain asset tracker
- Departmental Support
- Schedule and join daily meetings
- Newsletter preparation
- Organise employee engagement activities like Coffee meet, Open house, Fun activities etc
- Shift Allowance verification & scrutiny
- Procurement assistance
- Timesheet management for partners
- Partner headcount tracking
- Internal tool enrolment and tracking for effort booking
- Travel Support
- Visa support
- Ticket booking
- Accommodation
- Local Travel
- Claim reimbursement
- Other - Adhoc support, need based
