We are currently seeking an Admin Associate to join our team. As an Admin Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve processing office paperwork, managing document filing, assisting the CEO with administrative tasks, and handling bank-related activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process office paperwork efficiently and accurately, including documentation, forms, and reports.
- Maintain organized and systematic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents when needed.
- Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, such as filling out forms etc
- Handle bank-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage paperwork and maintain orderly records.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with colleagues and external parties professionally.
- Proactive and reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Preferably from Banglore
