**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Kochi. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting products/services, and assisting customers with their inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Receive inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Promote products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and provide relevant information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

Skills Required:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Eligibility:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required.
- Age between 18-30 years.
