**Position Available** - Internal Communications Executive

Seeking an exceptional communicator with a flair for writing and creating compelling communication materials in the forms of newsletters, creative posts, infographics, videos, presentations and more to be a key contributor in building an iconic Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a passionate brand marketeer fluent in all things digital with their eyes firmly set on the prize.

- Work on all internal communications projects including managing website updates, case study building, Office Interior branding, training material, learning and development plans, etc.
- Partner with designers, videographers and management in the briefing, development and creation of all internal brand assets.
- Contribute in the campaign planning and brainstorming sessions of all existing client work and ongoing campaigns.
- Be the integrator on all projects by liaising with recruitment, designers, client servicing and senior team members as required.
- Keep up to date with digital and advertising trends and share with the team in engaging formats.
- Be the brand custodian of the employer brand and ensure the values and identity are adhered to in all communication material.
- Manage the company social media accounts by creating engaging content.
- With closely on recruitment and HR initiatives to drive all organizational and cultural objectives.
- Work with senior management to identify and develop the strategic growth of the organization and help build capabilities to meet organizational objectives.

- Competency_
- Strong Communicator with superior writing, comprehension articulation abilities.
- Proficient with complete MS Office suite for presentations and analysis of information.
- Fluent in digital marketing, brand management and advertising concepts.
- Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of assets.

- Positive and Passionate about brands, consumers, technology and markets.

Preferred profile - Humanities Graduation (English/ Journalism/ Mass Communications) + Business Post Graduation (MBA/ Marketing/ Advertising)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
