Job Description

The Internal Communications Strategist plays a pivotal role in fostering a cohesive culture within an organization by crafting compelling internal campaigns that inspire connection and clarity across the board.

This position requires a seasoned professional who can ideate, design, and execute impactful communications that resonate with employees and reinforce the organization's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies from conception to execution, measuring campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Translate ideas into visually appealing content using design tools like Canva, Corel Draw, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Develop organizational messaging in the form of videos, showcasing creativity and innovation.
  • Support senior leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
