Internal Communications Executive

Davies is looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of internal communications, campaigns, and other activities within the corporate communications team. Reporting to the Group Internal Communications Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the business and global internal communications team to continuously improve engagement, communication, develop and deliver high quality internal employee communications to our global employee base.

• Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of internal communication campaigns across various channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.).
• Support the internal communications strategy by building, formatting and distributing internal communications in our email system and working to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain and update internal distribution lists to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Keep the Davies intranet &other internal comms platforms regularly updated – including but not limited to editing site pages and uploading of images and news articles.
• Work collaboratively with the global Internal Communications team to communicate appropriately and deliver internal communication initiatives effectively with stakeholders across the business.
• Work closely with the internal design team to request digital design assets for emails, intranet assets, in-office posters, and other designed materials as needed.
• Order and manage the inventory and shipments of merchandise for internal communications activities and events.
• Administer internal awards and recognition schemes, including tracking nominations, communicating with winners and distributing.
• Execute administration tasks for the global Corporate Communications team where necessary. Monitor and review data from campaigns. Create reports based on engagement metrics and employee feedback.

• Mandatory: 5+ years' experience Required Previous experience working in an internal communications role.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or another related field or equivalent. Working knowledge of a Marketing Communications software such as Poppulo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc., preferred, but not required.
