**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of STP chemicals (e.g., coagulants, flocculants, biocides, pH adjusters, defoamers, etc.)
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate chemical solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product compatibility and effectiveness.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure after-sales support and follow-up for customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering**, or related field.
- Proven 2-5 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably in STP/water treatment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of STP chemicals and water treatment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Existing network of contacts in the wastewater treatment or environmental services industry.
- Familiarity with local regulatory compliance regarding STP and water treatment.
- Hands-on experience with field testing and chemical dosing equipment.

Pay: ₹14,367.49 - ₹60,000.00 per month
