**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Collections Caller fluent in Telugu/Kannada to join our team. The primary role involves making outbound calls to customers, discussing overdue payments, and negotiating payment arrangements. If you are proficient in Telugu/Kannada, Hindi & English, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments.

2. Negotiate effectively to secure timely payments while maintaining a positive approach.

3. Assist customers in regional language with queries related to payment plans and outstanding balances.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the collections database.

**Qualifications**:
1. Fluency in Telugu/Kannada is a must.

2. Minimum qualification: high school diploma or equivalent. Graduation/PG preferred.

**Key Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Strong negotiation skills.

3. Customer-centric approach

**Interview process: In Office**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
