- **Continuous Learning**:
Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- **Team Management**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and support to achieve project milestones.
- T**ime Management**:
Efficiently manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
- **Project Management Methodologies and Tools**:
Expert in PM Methodlogies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall models. Should have good hands-on experience on PM tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana or any other PM tool.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including Project plans, Project Schedules, Gantt charts, Status reports, and client communications in the form of MoM.
- **Flexible Working Shifts**:
Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts, to accommodate project requirements and time zone differences for overseas clients.
- **Communication Skills**:
Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
- **Team Player and Problem Solver**:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- **Project Management Certification (Optional)**:
Any certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or any other relevant certification) is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Familiarity with various CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
