**Sitescope Administrator**

**Description**

DXC Technology India is seeking great talent to join the Modern Application development group.

The Engineer is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills.

As a team member, good exposure will be provided to you on latest technologies.

**Responsibilities**
- Hands on deployment experience with SiteScope
- Working Knowledge of IT Infrastructure for Servers, Networks, Windows, Unix and databases
- Minimum 2 years on MicroFocus SiteScope, MF OMI/OBM experience.
- Working experience on MicroFocus Tools on Linux
- Experience on MicroFocus tools on windows server
- Serve as Technical Consultant for Microfocus APM Administration
- Should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
- Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
- Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to respective tower
- Creating custom automated reports for monitors data, Modify recipient list for alerts.
- VUGEN Script Recording for Scripts Client BSM BPM Version Major Minor Upgrades
- Experience in APM Patch Version Upgrade
- Experience with MF APM integration with SNOW MF OMI

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**

**- **Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of Microfocus SiteScope tool.
- Basic Administration of Microfocus SiteScope tool like addition of different types of

monitors, removal of devices etc.
- Knowledge of Integration of Microfocus SiteScope with various tools and Devices.
- Experience in Various automation using Microfocus SiteScope.
- Experience with other monitoring tools like Nimsoft/Dynatrace would be preferred.
- Review business requirements and improve monitoring.
- Problem solving and root cause identification.
- Provide process and management support, advice and direction to the Team.
- Address performance issues quickly and efficiently
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Servers (Windows/UNIX).
- ServiceNow and Service Manager knowledge would be preferred.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Any certification like MCSE, MCP, AWS, Azure, ITIL, SiteScope, Loadrunner would be

preferable.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Self-starter capable of independent working but with strong team ethic
- Logical mindset, Innovative, Attention to detail.
- 24*7- Rotational shift.
