**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Staff to handle flight, and ticket bookings, cancellations, and re-issuance.
- Book domestic and international air tickets using GDS platforms or airline websites
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requests
- Handle flight changes, refunds, and fare differences
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies and fare rules
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve any ticketing-related issues
- Provide customers with itineraries and travel documentation
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance (if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar ticketing role
- Proficiency in GDS
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations and airline policies
- Graduate degree in any field; diploma/certification in travel/tourism is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with corporate travel booking
- Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and holiday package coordination
- Ability to upsell travel services like insurance, add-ons, and holiday packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
