**Position & Location
EXIM DOCUMENTATION - EXECUTIVE

**Role of the Position
The Exim Documentation Executive will prepare and finalise all the Export-Import Documents as per the checklist to ensure smooth clearance of cargo. ls

**Most important contribution and outcome needed from the position
Proper Documentation & coordination with Client and CHA for smooth functioning of Export-Import Logistic process

**Primary Responsibilities
- Collecting and filling documents for EXIM Cargo
- Follow up with CHA / Custom officials for smooth clearance of cargo
- Maintain proper records of all documents both in soft and hard copy.
- Verification and payment of all Port, CFS and Custom charges

**Secondary Responsibilities
- Follow up with Transporters for movement of Cargo.
- Prepare invoices and debit note for payment from client.

**Requisite skill & attributes
**Functional**:

- Complete understanding of Export-Import Documentation

- Self-initiator
- Go getter attitude
- Good communication

**Physical Standard**

(if any)
- A good personality.

**IT Skills**

MS Office with Advance Excel

**Language
Good Spoken and written English and Gujarati
