**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing export checklist for customs filing and generating shipping bill number for LCL/FCL, Factory stuffing/unsealed container cargo etc.
- Submission of export documents under e-sanchit on icegate website
- Co-ordinate with exporter, forwarder, and custom clearance staff at ports to complete all processes on time - Maintaining daily status report of exports shipment
- Submission of VGM, SB and form-13 on Odex or MMD3
- 2 to 5 years of experience as documentation executive
- Good verbal and written communication along with hands-on experience of Gmail / Outlook
- Knowledge of customs documentation software like visual impex, focus etc. - Knowledge about EXIM, custom clearance, and logistics industry
- Communication skill, problem solving, quick learner and multi-tasker.
