**Position**: Export-Import Documentation Executive
**Industry**: Garments/Textile Manufacturing
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in export-import documentation (preferably in têxtile/garments industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage all export and import documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA agents to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT policies, EPCG norms, and other legal requirements.
- Handle post-shipment documentation, bank submissions, and follow-ups related to LC, TT, and BRC issuance.
- Maintain export-import records, update MIS, and support audits or inspections when required.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, accounts, logistics) to track and align export-import operations.
- Track shipment status and communicate timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in export-import documentation.
- Strong knowledge of export-import policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Prior experience in the têxtile or garments industry is **mandatory**.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
