**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital staff, guiding them through the processes.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and patient information in the hospital management system.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient hospital operations.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and provide basic information about the hospital’s services.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication.
- **Personality Traits**: Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (training will be provided if required).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
