Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain data backups, recovery plans, and ensure system security.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and other networking devices.
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and other protective measures are up to date.
- Support IT policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve system-related queries.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Good understanding of data backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
