**Job Title**: Junior System Administrator

**Location**: Mumbai
**Salary**: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum
**Experience**: 2+ years
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and software.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues efficiently.
- Support day-to-day system operations and network infrastructure.
- Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Ensure the security of the system by monitoring access controls, firewalls, and security patches.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior system administrators to plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in system administration (Linux/Windows servers, network systems).
- Knowledge of server management, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
- Experience in setting up and managing security protocols (SSL, encryption, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) is a plus.
