**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote real estate properties.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide post-sales support and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,614.90 - ₹25,647.74 per month
