**Job Title**: Telecaller - Real Estate

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote real estate properties.
- Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of client interactions.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of telecalling experience in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- **Skills**: Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in maintaining client databases and using CRM tools.
