**About the job**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Quality Assurance Technician** who specializes in **Selenium and Functional Testing** to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Senior QA Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and efficient quality assurance processes

.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for our software products, with a focus on Selenium and functional testing.
- **Test Planning**: Create detailed test plans, including test objectives, scope, resources, and schedule to ensure effective testing coverage.
- **Test Execution**: Execute functional and automated tests using Selenium to identify defects and ensure software reliability.
- **Test Automation**: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that the testing processes and procedures adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining a high level of software quality

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on Selenium and -functional testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
