Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Experience Required: 2-3 years

**Job Description**:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. Your role will require you to work with a team of quality professionals to ensure that the products are manufactured, tested, and shipped according to industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.

Collect and analyze data using statistical tools and methods to identify trends, patterns, and potential quality issues.

Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and product development, to identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure consistent quality and performance of products.

Participate in the development of training programs and work instructions to ensure that employees are trained to perform quality control tasks correctly and efficiently.

Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure that products and processes are compliant with industry and regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.

Monitor and report on supplier quality performance to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards and specifications.

Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the causes of quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent their recurrence.

Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science.

2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of statistical tools and methods used in quality control, such as SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis.

Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations, such as ISO, GMP, and HACCP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy to ensure that products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software used in quality control and data analysis.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for training, audits, and supplier visits.
