Job Title: Lab Technician

**Job Description**:
As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and experiments to support research and development projects, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Your role will require you to work with a team of scientists, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that laboratory work is conducted accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols and procedures.

Collect and analyze data using scientific methods and laboratory equipment, such as microscopes, spectrometers, and chromatographs.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory work and results.

Participate in the development and validation of laboratory methods and procedures.

Ensure that laboratory work is conducted safely and in compliance with laboratory safety regulations and guidelines.

Participate in laboratory quality control activities, such as instrument calibration and maintenance, and sample tracking and management.

Assist with laboratory inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies and reagents.

Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to support research and development projects and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Participate in laboratory audits and inspections to ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and regulations.

Assist with the development and implementation of laboratory training programs and work instructions to ensure that laboratory personnel are trained to perform laboratory tasks correctly and efficiently.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry.

2-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in a research and development or quality control setting.

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and instrumentation.

Familiarity with laboratory quality control standards and regulations, such as ISO, GMP, and GLP.

Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy to ensure that laboratory work is conducted accurately and safely.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect and analyze data and identify trends and patterns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software used in laboratory data analysis and management.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to participate in laboratory on-call rotation if needed.
