Lab Technician Peanut Factory (Dholka) (Male Candidate only )

Location: Dholka, Gujarat

Experience: 24 Years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Microbiology

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lab Technician / Senior Lab Technician for our Peanut Factory at Dholka. The candidate will handle testing of raw materials and finished goods for Peroxide Value, Aflatoxin, Moisture, Physical Parameters, and Heavy Metals to ensure quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PV, Aflatoxin, and Moisture testing.
  • Perform physical parameter and heavy metal analysis.
  • Maintain lab records, SOPs, and equipment calibration.
  • Coordinate with QA/Production for batch clearance.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years' experience in food/nuts/edible oil lab testing.
  • Knowledge of FSSAI, BRC, or ISO 22000 preferred.
  • Hands-on with spectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, and ELISA kits.
