Job Title**:Logistics Executive**

Location: Nehru Place

Experience: 3-4 years

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

2. **Order Processing**:

- Process and track customer orders from initiation to delivery.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.

3. **Shipping and Distribution**:

- Coordinate with transportation providers to arrange the shipment of goods.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
- Track and manage the movement of goods to various destinations.

4. **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
- Verify the accuracy of shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies.
- Keep records of all transactions and update databases.

5. **Supplier Coordination**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.

6. **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about changes in logistics regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

7. **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and resolve logístical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues affecting the supply chain.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

2. 3-4 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.

3. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Proficient in the use of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

**Compensation -**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.85 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (required)
- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
