- Telecalling Executive - Lead Conversion & Sampling Coordination

Location - Guwahati

Work mode
- On-site

CTC- As per industry standard. Slightly negotiable based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on leads generated via Instagram and other social media platforms
- Call interested customers to explain the products and understand their interest
- Coordinate with the internal team and courier partners to arrange sample dispatch
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and sample dispatch status
- Gather feedback after sample delivery to support conversions
- Coordinate with sales or logistics teams for smoother communication flow.

**Requirements**:
1. Must have strong verbal communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English.

2. Comfortable with making follow-up calls and handling customer queries

3. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

**Freshers** with good communication and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
