**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs and requirements.
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings and answer customer queries.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the DMS system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role (preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in [Language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
