**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up on interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months - 1 year** of telecalling or lead generation experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Assamese, Hindi, and English**.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
