**Job Title**: Telecaller (Outbound and Inbound Calls)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Telecaller** to handle **outbound** and **inbound** calls using **auto-dialer software**. The role focuses on attending calls, providing product information, and achieving fixed targets efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Attend Outbound Calls**: Respond to calls generated automatically by the **auto-dialer software** and pitch Plyneer’s products and services.
- **Handle Inbound Calls**: Attend incoming customer inquiries, resolve queries, and assist with product-related information.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Provide follow-ups as required based on incoming and outgoing call logs.
- **Lead Management**: Update customer details and feedback in the system after each call.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet daily and monthly call targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-1 year in a telecalling or customer service role (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- **Communication Skills**: Proficiency in **English,Kannada** and **Kannada** is mandatory
- **Technical Skills**: Advance excel,ms word
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum **PUC/12th pass**; graduates preferred.
- **Soft Skills**: Good listening and persuasive communication skills.
- **Work Hours**:9:30 AM - 6:30 PM**, Monday to Saturday.

**Additional Information**:

- **No Manual Dialing Required** - Calls are automatically connected through the **auto-dialer software**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
