**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Tele caller** to handle inbound customer leads generated by Plyneer’s digital marketing campaigns. Customers will reach out to us via calls or walk-ins, and the **Tele caller** will play a key role in educating them about our product range, guiding them to the right solutions, and coordinating with the sales team for smooth conversions.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Attend to customer inquiries received through **calls, digital ads, and online campaigns**.
- Educate potential customers about Plyneer’s products (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Veneers) and recommend suitable options based on their needs.
- Capture and update customer details, inquiries, and interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Guide customers to visit Plyneer’s Head Office, Warehouse, or IBO outlets for a closer product experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless customer service.
- Maintain positive customer relationships to build trust, repeat visits, and referrals.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions to maximize the impact of leads.
- Act as a brand representative, ensuring professionalism and consistency in every customer interaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
