We are looking for a visionary Lead Software Architect with a robust background in microservices architecture and a profound understanding of C#, RabbitMQ, and enterprise system integration. This pivotal role involves critically analyzing our existing architecture, meticulously documenting it, and devising a comprehensive plan for rebuilding it. The goal is to create a more agile, maintainable, and error-resistant system that enables quick integration of new software, facilitates near real-time data processing, and ensures detailed logging and domain-specific service separation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a thorough review and documentation of the current microservices architecture.
- Develop a strategic architectural plan focusing on modularity, plug-and-play capability, and operational efficiency.
- Advocate for and communicate the value of the proposed architecture to business executives and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate with development, DevOps, and testing teams for the gradual implementation of the new architecture.
- Ensure robust logging, mínimal data errors, and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Provide hands-on development support and guidance in C# when necessary.
- Manage the overall product lifecycle, including integration with systems like Salesforce.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software architecture, particularly with microservices in a C# environment.
- Proven expertise in systems integration, with a focus on legacy and modern software systems.
- Strong experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
- Excellent ability to document complex architectures and propose strategic improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing development, DevOps, and testing teams.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with Salesforce integration.
- Prior role in a similar digital transformation project.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
