**Job Summary**
**E-COMMERCE ASSSOCIATE: ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE**

E-Commerce Associate is a vital part of achieving Goodwill’s mission. The E-Commerce Associate is a high energy, positive and supportive team member who is responsible for various E-Commerce duties and responsibilities as assigned by the E-Commerce Leadership Team. This position provides quality customer service through many unique positions including, but not limited to, processor, listing coordinator, photographer, and customer service representative. This position serves as a champion and model of PSR values
**Primary Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers through e.chats, social media platforms etc.,
- Assists local pick-up customers promptly and professionally.
- Perform quality control check on all store shipments arriving in E-Commerce, accurately documenting content.
- Ensure items are properly attributed to originating stores.
- Shelves catalogued merchandise in designated locations.
- Locates and pulls customer merchandise in inventory
- Assists with re-list/recycle and other inventory maintenance tasks.
- Conduct online research and produce merchandise listings which are concise, accurate, and geared to sell.
- Operates various equipments for scanning, tagging, loading, unloading, and moving of materials as needed.
- Must be able to meet or exceed productivity standards for assigned duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Additional Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Use cameras, computers and lighting to photograph products, capturing and sharing images for online sales.
- General premises, office and equipment maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. May be required to work in other areas of the eBusiness department as needed.
- Maintaining all records and documents related to Online Shopping Department and submitting it to head office periodically.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce sector
- High-energy, friendly personality, teamwork skills, customer service skills, analytical skills, communication skills, time management skills, problem-solving skills.
