JOB TITLE: Housekeeping Executive

JOB SUMMARY:
A **Housekeeping Executive** is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of a hotel, resort, or any other facility, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. This role includes managing the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, coordinating inventory, and maintaining health and safety standards. The Housekeeping Executive plays a vital role in providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision & Management**:

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
- Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance Standards**:

- Ensure all rooms, hallways, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, restrooms, lobbies, dining areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Inspect the rooms and facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and repair needs are met.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and amenities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and order new supplies when necessary.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and track usage to avoid wastage.
- **Guest Service & Satisfaction**:

- Ensure that guest requests related to housekeeping services (e.g., extra towels, room cleaning preferences) are handled promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness and housekeeping services.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness and safety in all areas.
- **Budget & Cost Control**:

- Manage the housekeeping department’s budget, including controlling costs and reducing waste.
- Track expenses related to supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring financial efficiency.
- **Staff Training & Development**:

- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure housekeeping staff is knowledgeable about cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Encourage professional growth and advancement opportunities for the housekeeping team.
- **Quality Control & Inspections**:

- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
