Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, assigning duties and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to address any areas requiring attention or improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and expenses.
- Place orders for supplies as needed, and verify the accuracy of deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and train housekeeping staff on safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules, inspection reports, and staff performance evaluations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
