**About Dacation**:
Dacation is a serene boutique resort in Kumarhatti where guest experience is our top priority. Our services team ensures smooth and warm interactions with guests throughout their stay — from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently (e.g., room service, luggage help).
- Provide information about the resort, activities, and nearby attractions.
- Assist in setting up dining areas, events, or basic food/beverage service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to meet guest needs.
- Report guest feedback and concerns to the supervisor for resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of front-of-house areas.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training provided).
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Friendly, calm, and helpful attitude.
- Willingness to learn and multitask in a resort setting.
- Basic etiquette and grooming standards.
- Energetic and service-oriented personality.
