- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel related services for employees.
- Ensure travel plans meet the organization’s policies and budget guidelines. Coordinate with travel agencies to get the best rates and services.
- Ensure all travel documentation is complete and complies with the necessary regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of travel documents and ensure their safekeeping.
- Expense Management: Monitor and manage travel budgets and expenses.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely submission and reimbursement.
- Negotiate rates with travel vendors to achieve cost savings. Support & Communication: Provide 24/7 support to employees during their travel, assisting with changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
- Communicate travel policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during travel and provide appropriate solutions.
- Vendor Management Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies.
- Review and renew contracts with travel vendors, ensuring the best terms and services.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate travel reports and analyse travel data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide regular reports to management on travel expenditures, compliance, and vendor performance.
- Work Environment: Office-based with occasional need to be available after office hours to address urgent travel issues. May require travel to vendor locations or industry events.
Pay: ₹12,163.79 - ₹30,000.00 per month
