**Role Overview**:
As a Counter Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the showroom—guiding customers through their jewelry selection journey, ensuring a premium experience, and driving sales with product expertise and charm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
- Showcase jewelry pieces and explain product details (purity, certification, design)
- Handle customer queries and offer personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain display aesthetics and ensure counters are clean and organized
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Support inventory checks and report discrepancies

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Requirement Details **Education**High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification preferred

**Experience**1-3 years in jewelry or luxury retail sales

**Skills**
- Customer service, product knowledge, POS handling, communication
- **Attributes**Presentable, trustworthy, persuasive, detail-oriented

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of hallmarking, diamond grading, and gold purity standards
- Multilingual ability for regional customer engagement
- Experience in high-value sales environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
