Job Title Sales and Marketing Executive Location Sri Vijaya Puram Andaman And Nicobar Islands Reports To Business Head Sales Lead Job Type Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support business growth by promoting our wide range of sports fitness and rainwear products The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies expanding the customer base and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers such as retail outlets institutions gyms schools and government bodies Visit and maintain relationships with dealers retailers and channel partners Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Manage B2B and B2C client orders from inquiry to delivery and after-sales support Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to management Prepare and maintain sales reports using tools like Excel or CRM software Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns Handle promotions via social media email marketing local events and exhibitions Coordinate with designers for brochures posters reels and online ads Track and analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements Create brand visibility and awareness across assigned territories Engage influencers schools or fitness communities for collaborations Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 0-3 years of experience in sales marketing preferred retail or FMCG experience is a plus Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint familiarity with digital marketing tools is a bonus Must be self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently Two-wheeler license for field visits is preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can what s app their resume or call 9679528514 9884033808 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 150 000 00 - 200 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
