**Responsibilities**:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
- Addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and courteously
- Assisting customers in navigating the company's website and ordering process
- Handling customer complaints and following up with solutions
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring the accuracy of customer data
- Gathering customer feedback and conveying it to the appropriate departments
- Adhering to company protocols and guidelines for customer service
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
