## **About the Role**:
Are you passionate about marketing, creative design, and data-driven growth strategies? We are looking for a proactive **Growth Executive** to work closely with the Founders' Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in scaling a brand while playing a direct role in key decision-making processes.
## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Content Creation**: Design and develop marketing materials using **Canva** and other tools to support various campaigns and brand initiatives.
- **Customer Communication**: Engage with existing and potential customers regularly to maintain relationships and gather insights.
- **Data & Conversion Tracking**: Monitor key performance metrics, campaign results, and conversion data to optimize strategies.
- **Marketing Playbook Development**: Assist in creating a detailed **Marketing Manual** to streamline future marketing and communication efforts.
## **Key Requirements**:

- Strong understanding and interest in **Marketing and Brand Communication**
- Proficiency in **Canva** and basic design principles
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working directly with founders and in a fast-paced environment
