**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand engagement.
- Design engaging graphics and marketing content using tools like Canva for social posts, PowerPoint presentations, ads, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Optimize website and online content for search engines (SEO), including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report website performance using Google Analytics, offering actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and events effectively.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Creative flair for design and content creation using Canva.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, with knowledge of platform trends and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn or other ad platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics to track website performance.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other PPC campaigns.
