**Salary Range**: 13k - 20k

**Experience**: Fresher / Experience

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Shift**: 9.30am - 6.30pm & sunday fixed off

**Benefits**: ESI & PF and lunch will be provided by the company itself

**Location**: Guindy, Chennai.

**Roles & Responsibilities for Jewellers process**:

- Contact potential clients from leads database or inbound inquiries.
- Explain features, styles, pricing, and authenticity of jewelry products.
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends (gold, diamond, platinum, bridal sets).
- Understand product certifications (BIS Hallmark, IGI, GIA, etc.).

**Roles & Responsibilities for Matrimony process**:

- Call registered members or leads from the matrimony platform.
- Understand client requirements (religion, caste, profession, preferences).
- Pitch premium plans, paid memberships, and additional services.
- Guide users on benefits of upgrading and how to use the platform better.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
