**Role Overview**

We are seeking a knowledgeable and approachable Financial Well-Being Expert to provide onsite support to employees and individuals at our Nagpur location. The role focuses on guiding people toward better financial health, offering financial education, and providing personalized strategies for effective money management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Counseling**: Offer one-on-one consultations to employees, helping them understand their financial situation and develop tailored plans to improve it.
- **Workshops and Training**: Conduct engaging sessions on financial topics such as budgeting, savings, investments, and debt management.
- **Assessments**: Analyze clients' financial needs and create actionable plans for achieving financial goals.
- **Guidance on Products**: Provide insights on insurance, retirement plans, loans, and other financial products to aid in decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with HR teams to develop financial wellness programs that align with the company’s goals.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress while ensuring confidentiality.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP, CFA) is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in financial advisory or counseling roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in tools like MS Office and financial management software.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 1 day

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per hour
