We have urgent opening for Subject Matter Expert(SME) at Baner,Pune.
The work style will be hybrid.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expertise in electronic component valuation, data analytics, and quoting methodologies for assets such as laptops, desktops, and smartphones. Independently handle projects, ensuring technical and pricing accuracy for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders to refine pricing strategies, optimize vendor selection, and enhance PyxTech’s quoting platform.
- Analyze business needs and define data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, leveraging Power BI and other visualization tools to generate insights on market pricing trends and vendor performance.
- Offer technical and functional guidance to teams, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables, while incorporating process-related documentation for standardization and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize Excel-based valuation models, macros, and automation tools to improve efficiency in FMV calculations and bid analysis.
- Assist in designing and improving processes, frameworks, and strategies for operational effectiveness, driving automation and workflow enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops while maintaining documentation to enhance organizational knowledge and facilitate continuous learning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and leadership, following Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance expertise in both technical and process domains.
- Act as a liaison between teams and clients, providing expert advice, addressing domain-specific queries, and ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.

Skillset**Required / Mandatory**
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent ability to present complex data insights and pricing models to diverse stakeholders, including OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL.
- Knowledge of valuation models, secondary market pricing, and IT asset disposal (ITAD) practices.
- Familiarity with relevant tools, methodologies, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation analysis, market intelligence, or asset recovery within the electronics or IT sector.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in mentoring or training teams.
- Preferred: Certifications in data analytics or pricing methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience in IT asset resale, refurbishment, or secondary market pricing.
