**B. Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Curriculum Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans for Environmental Studies (EVS), Humanities, and English for primary grades (1 to 5).
- Align curriculum with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.

**2.** **Content Writing**:

- Create engaging and age-appropriate educational content for primary school students.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other instructional materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with curriculum goals and promotes active learning.

**3.** **Subject Knowledge**:

- Provide guidance to teachers on effective instructional strategies and content delivery.

**4.** **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other educators, curriculum developers, and instructional designers, Graphic Designers to enhance the quality of educational materials.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and share best practices.

**5.** **Professional Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge

**C.** **Eligibility**:

- Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in primary education.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
