Canadian Mortgage - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

**Position: Canadian Mortgage Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BFSI/BPO/Canadian Mortgage Industry (for SME) / 7+ years (for SME)**
**- Minimum 18+ months of Canadian mortgage Underwriter / Post Closing experience (for SME) / 36+ months (for SME)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your extensive experience in the Canadian Mortgage industry to provide guidance and leadership to the team.
- Act as a go-to resource for challenging cases, offering solutions and strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

**Investor Guidelines & Mortgage Type**s:

- A clear understanding of Conventional and Govt-sponsored loans (CFPB, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines).
- Familiarity with investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC) and SME knowledge of TILA & RESPA.
