Job Title: Accounting Subject Matter Expert
- Financial Auditor Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct financial audits: Examine financial statements, accounts, and transactions to identify errors,

inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

2. Ensure compliance: Verify adherence to laws, regulations, industry standards, and organizational bye

3. Financial statement review: Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and

compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

4. Recommend improvements: Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to

management.

5. Audit reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management and the audit

committee.

6. Collaboration: Work with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as needed.

7. Stay current: Maintain knowledge of changes in laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
- CA qualification (Chartered Accountant)

In-depth knowledge of: - Bookkeeping

Accounts finalization - Direct and Indirect taxation concepts

Internal and statutory auditing concepts

Professional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders

Desired Skills:
- Experience in auditing non-profit organizations or societies

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards

Experience with Accountings tools and auditing software
