**Subject Matter Expert**:

**Role: Subject Matter Expert
- F&A**
**Experience: 4-8 years**
**Skills we are looking for**:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Degree in Finance will be an added advantage.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in F&A BPO Solution Design or in BPO process transformation team focused on F&A or in GCCs working on solutions.
- Understands end-to-end AP/AR/FAA and GL processes and how automation can help in these processes.
